During the first meeting, the below agenda is discussed to best suit clients needs:
1. Meet at property requiring consultation at a time suitable to discuss requirements.
2. Go over what (if any) changes you have thought about OR discuss what is or isn’t
working with the space.
3. Have you specify any environmental criteria that must be met to ensure the space
can be utilised to the maximum advantage.
4. Discuss existing exterior & interior colour scheme.
5. Discuss your existing floorings, window treatments/surrounds, furnishings and lighting.
6. Discuss if existing furniture is to be utilised in the new plan.
7. Help create a workable and agreeable budget to suit the changes required for the new
design.
This visit will include wall colour samples, floor covering samples, bench tops and cabinetry samples and suggestions of suitable window treatments, lighting, accessories and furnishings.
